I read many articles about the important of links building for a blog. Build a lot of links contribution large meaning to success of a blog. Credibility of blog can be measured to whom links liked to. Calculations of page rank and link popularity on search engines is also base on links.
Free blog promotion and marketing
When you leave a comment on other people blog, indirectly you are doing promotion for your blog. But do not forget to put your blog link there. Otherwise, you do not get anything from the comments you have posted. The link you write on other blogs when commenting will always be linked there. Unless blog author remove your link. Benefits can you earn from your comment link in the blog is an attempt of exposure at no cost.
Enrich and strengthen keyword in content
Leaving comment on someone else blog could actually be utilized to optimize keywords that you use for content or leading directly to a specific post [anchor text]. For example, if you write an article about google adsense business, then you may fill in Google adsense business in name field when you write comment on others blogs.

Yes, absolutly, when you make comment the one who read your comment can visit your blog if you include your blog adress.
